Do you accept dogs on site?
Yes, we do accept well behaved dogs on site. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. There is a small charge per dog, and can be booked via the bookings page.
do you take bookings over the phone?
Unfortunately our system does not allow us to take bookings over the phone. All bookings must be made via the website.
Is it possible to make changes to existing bookings?
We are happy to add extra guests, additional nights to your booking if there is availability. Cancellations or reducing guest numbers is only possible in line with our terms and conditions. We do not offer cancellations due to bad weather, or undesirable weather forecasts.
Can we put a gazebo or awning on our pitch?
Gazebos and awnings are welcome on your pitch. Please note that all items, including your car, must fit within your pitch area.
Can we park next to our tent?
Yes. All cars must be parked on your pitch as we do not have additional parking on site.
Can we bring an extra car?
Yes, but please note that all cars must be parked on your pitch as we do not have additional parking on site.
how do we check in?
On arrival, your booking name will be written on the arrivals board. Please check this board, locate your pitch and head over to set up. If you have any problems you can ring the bell next to the board and we will answer any queries you may have.
what are the check-in and check-out times?
You can check in from 2pm on the day of arrival and pitches must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
do you accept group bookings?
We are a small, family friendly campsite and whilst we understand that friends and families want to camp together, we are unable to accept large group bookings. If we notice that a group (4 or more adults, or more than 2 families who know each other) is forming on site, we reserve the right to ask you to leave if the group is causing problems, or making excessive noise which is affecting other guests. do you accept towing caravans?
Unfortunately, due to our license restrictions, we are unable to accept bookings for towing caravans. However, we do accept campervans and motorhomes.
