Check in time – 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check out time – 10.30am on day of departure.
Adult/child fees are per night.
Pitch fee relates to one tent per pitch, per night.
Due to the terms of our operator’s licence, we are not allowed towing caravans on site (this does not include campervans/motorhomes).
Hikers pitches – we have additional pitches available for hikers walking the SW coast path ONLY. These pitches are shared with other hikers and therefore at a reduced rate. Tents should be no larger than a 2-person tent. These pitches do not have any space for any form of vehicle (except bicycles). Please note that these pitches are for hikers only.
Due to our location, not all pitches are perfectly flat and the site has a slight slope throughout. Please make sure that you bring enough chocks for your vehicle.
Breathable groundsheets are required in all non-sleeping areas of tents, awnings and gazebos.
We offer a sluice area and we ask for guests to use eco-friendly cleaner please so it does not damage our tank.
Only some pitches can accommodate large family tents – please see full terms and conditions for a break down.
All tents and vehicles must be positioned within your allocated pitch. We do not have additional parking areas.

Electric Hook-Ups
Beare’s Den offers 9 pitches that have electric hookups. Please make sure to select a pitch with this option if required when booking.
BBQ’S & FIREPITS
BBQ’s & FirePits are available to use if they are free and not being used by other campers.
If you wish to use your own fire pit/bbq’s, please call prior to booking or using and speak with us about their suitability. This is important to us 🙂
